Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments using a cash register
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Basic math skills for order taking, cash handling, and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Must be able to sanitize work areas and follow proper food safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
