Snow & Company is seeking an Office Assistant for our fast-growing boat building and repair business in the Ballard/Fremont neighborhood. This position will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources & Accounts Payable departments. Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors
- Provide general administrative support to HR, Accounting, and Purchasing teams
- Assist with daily TimeClock reporting and updating
- Maintain employee calendar
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- File accounting invoices and payment records
- Assist with planning and execution of meetings and special events
- Keep inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed

- Prior related office experience preferred

Job Type: Full time. Candidates interested in working part time, 20-25 hours/week, will still be considered but will not be eligible for insurance benefits.
