Sales at Snyder Motors Inc. - Bozeman, MT

Forged in the Gallatin Valley, Snyder Motors is the largest independent used dealership in the Gallatin Valley. We’re looking to add a new member to our sales staff: someone with a sales backbone with plenty of drive that is balanced with our obsession with cars.

If you're a people person with a genuine interest in the automotive industry and developing an ability to do F&I, feel free to submit. We're looking for someone who thrives in an intense sales environment and thrives on building strong relationships with customers.

What You'll Do:

• Become an expert in the ins and outs of the business:. Inventory, financing, customer service, vehicle service, warranty contracts, and systems.
• Build trust and rapport with customers through top notch communication and product knowledge.
• Develop keen sales abilities and knowledge of negotiation
• Learn the trade-in process, inspections, and values
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We Offer:

• Competitive and commission structure (50-80K annually, including a base salary of $1,000 per month plus sales bonuses).

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to learn several different back-end software platforms and CRMs
• Valid Montana driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Deep knowledge of cars and trucks
