Our Opportunity
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to multiple Boston senior leaders across Snyk. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of their daily operations, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Expense Reports: Process and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as needed.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Confidentiality: Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
