Our Opportunity
The IT Helpdesk team at Snyk is responsible for ensuring our IT office infrastructure and Snykers are supported for any of their IT needs throughout the employee lifecycle. The IT team collaborates with all of Snyk’s departments to support the evaluation, implementation, and operation of technologies across different departments.

You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Managing IT assets and inventory
- Ensuring programs are running smoothly to be compliant with security-related objectives
- Troubleshooting hardware-related devices and maintaining office IT infrastructure
- Completing entry-level helpdesk administration tasks, including assisting employees with IT-related questions
- Exploring IT topics of interest and projects
- Updating and maintaining internal IT documentation
What You’ll Need:
- Current enrollment at Northeastern University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation year of 2025 or 2026
- Current and future work authorization in the United States
- Familiarity with MacOS, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Enjoyment in collaborating with a team
- Interest and curiosity in learning the ins and outs of IT Helpdesk
