License Compliance Analyst
Location: Remote Location with US
We’re looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented License Compliance Analyst to join our Field Finance team to develop and drive our customer license usage reporting and tracking.
Reporting to the Vice President, Field Finance, you will be required to work in a fast-paced, hyper growth company supporting the Global Sales organization.. As the license compliance analyst, you will be responsible for creating a process to track and report on customer usage vs. entitled license counts, work with the sales engineering and customer success teams to validate findings and reach out to customer to notify them of overages. You will also be required to work with the sales team on the best way to communicate and message to end customers. This role will require you to help Snyk meet our goals and be comfortable working at the lowest level of detail with sales arrangements and other product related tools.
You’ll spend your time:
- Creating a formal process to review and report on customer license usage
- Working with product, engineering and customer success teams to validate findings
- Work with sales teams on customer outreach process
- Develop reporting to capture impact of this new expansion sales motion
You should apply if you:
- have 1-3 Years experience working in a supporting role within a sales organization (preferably at a high-growth SaaS company)
- have SalesForce & SalesForce CPQ experience
- pay superlative attention to detail and data accuracy
- possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
- are comfortable in a fast pace, global & multicultural environment
- hold a bachelor’s degree within a critical thinking field (economics, finance, accounting, etc)
