Large Property in the Brighten Beach area. 1000 rental units.
Seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the properties.
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance and repairs, and maximizing occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors.
***MUST have experience managing the union staff, a team leader.
Looking for someone who has a passion for managing a large community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
