What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard position at SOAR Real Estate?
Seeking Off Duty Police Officer or retired Police Officer from Middlesex County.
MUST have full GUN permits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants.
Duties
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
Skills
- Law enforcement background
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and procedures
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV systems
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
