Established relationships with customers and brokers - Consistent workload week-to-week
- You keep 90% of gross from each rate confirmation. (90 / 10 split)
- OR 80 / 20 split
- Shared driver and dispatcher sheet to work as a team.
- 24-7-365 NO FORCED dispatch support and assistance.
- Great pay 5,000 to 12,000 a week
- Truck insurance, Plate, and Permit programs available
- Personal insurance expected will provide referral if needed

- No Cost Electronic Log Program
- 53' Dry van needed, will provide rent referral if needed 175 - 250 a week
- Orientation- 95% online, will mail if needed.
Minimum Requirements :
- Current CDL & medical card
- 2 Year of OTR verifiable Tractor Trailer experience
- Good MVR & Accident record
- Tractor that meets or exceeds FMCSA safety regulations
To qualify for Sobotranz, you must meet the following criteria :
- Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid CDL Class A license.
- Must have a valid social security number.
- Must have legal right to work in the United States
- Must have 2 or less moving violations
- Must have 1 or less accidents in the last 3 years.
- License have not been suspended or revoked in the last 3 years.
- No conviction for DUI or DWI in the last 7 years
- Prefer TSA, TWIC, or Tanker endorsement in the future but it's not required
