Established relationships with customers and brokers - Consistent workload week-to-week

  • You keep 90% of gross from each rate confirmation. (90 / 10 split)
  • OR 80 / 20 split
  • Shared driver and dispatcher sheet to work as a team.
  • 24-7-365 NO FORCED dispatch support and assistance.
  • Great pay 5,000 to 12,000 a week
  • Truck insurance, Plate, and Permit programs available
  • Personal insurance expected will provide referral if needed
  • Online preview of paycheck prior to payment to ensure transparency and awareness.
  • Fuel Discount Program
  • No Cost Electronic Log Program
  • 53' Dry van needed, will provide rent referral if needed 175 - 250 a week
  • Orientation- 95% online, will mail if needed.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Current CDL & medical card
  • 2 Year of OTR verifiable Tractor Trailer experience
  • Good MVR & Accident record
  • Tractor that meets or exceeds FMCSA safety regulations

To qualify for Sobotranz, you must meet the following criteria :

  • Must be 23 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid CDL Class A license.
  • Must have a valid social security number.
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States
  • Must have 2 or less moving violations
  • Must have 1 or less accidents in the last 3 years.
  • License have not been suspended or revoked in the last 3 years.
  • Prefer TSA, TWIC, or Tanker endorsement in the future but it's not required
