HIRING IMMEDIATELY
This position consists of set but somewhat flexible hours Monday - Friday.
You will be expected to arrive around 10:00 am and work until around 4:00 pm.
Please note that this is subject to change on a bi-weekly basis.
This role involves a wide range of tasks including managing guest communications, scheduling reservations, and answering incoming phone calls. You will be stationed at Soby's host stand while we are closed for service and expected to return all voicemails, answer all incoming calls, confirm reservations, and other miscellaneous tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
You must be a team player and have at least two years of customer service experience and time management skills.
Open Table knowledge is preferred but not required. All training will be done onsite and on the clock.
