Senior Consultant - Business Resiliency/File Servers Information Technology

Senior Consultant Business Resiliency/File Server needed for a Contract opportunity with SOC's client to work in Huntsville, Al
**US citizenship required; with Secret Clearance***
Responsibilities:

• File Servers Technologies Management:
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in file server technologies.
  • Design and manage file share structures and permissions templates.
  • Develop and implement site-to-site replication strategies for file servers.
  • Perform permissions auditing and management to ensure security and compliance.
• Business Resiliency:
  • Assess, design, and integrate application and infrastructure stacks to enhance IT continuity, data protection, and cyber recovery.
  • Develop availability and recovery strategies and alternatives to meet business requirements for various application tiers.
  • Ensure that enterprise architecture components, including data centers, systems, applications, storage, and networks, support these strategies.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Collaborate with project and support teams to ensure the successful implementation of business resiliency and file server technology initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex issues related to file server technologies and business resiliency.

• Extensive experience with file server technologies, including file share structures, permissions templates, and site-to-site replication strategies.
• Proficient in permissions auditing and management.
• Strong background in assessing, designing, and integrating application and infrastructure stacks to drive IT continuity, data protection, and cyber recovery.
• Experience in developing availability and recovery strategies, considering enterprise architecture components such as data centers, systems, applications, storage, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions for business resiliency challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Must have Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-10 years of experience in file server technologies and business resiliency roles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Resilience Manager, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate) are a plus.
