Responsibilities:
- Utilizing sales and communication skills to define a warm lead.
- Networking and growing your book of business in a Base Pay of $3,000-$3,500 Commission environment
- Collaborate with the team to stay up to date with all available properties.
- Attending training and meetings to stay up to date with investors' needs.
Qualifications:
- Sales background and mindset is required
- Cold Calling Experience is preferred.
- Being able to to define a lead to pass on to our Closing Managers
- A high-performance mindset.
- Curiosity and interest in Investment Real Estate.
- Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and team members
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market trends and analysis
- Willing to take accountability for your work and results.

As a Lead Manager, you’ll help us continue our rapid growth through outbound real estate sales activities including cold calling, networking and virtual/in-person meetings.
