OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
Customer Service: As the customer service lead ensuring satisfaction for our customers will be your primary focus. Tasks include:

- Attend to customer service requests via phone, email, or mail in a timely manner.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
- Securely collect and log sensitive customer data.
- Answer questions about programs and policies.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Programming: As a member of our programming team daily duties will include tasks such as:
- New season prep/season maintenance
- Social Media and other marketing
- Equipment management and inventory
- Demos/Open Houses/Events
- Other various admin tasks
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Business Development Experience:
- 1 or more years in a customer service role
- Advertising or marketing background
- Social media management experience
Coaching Experience:
Experience working with a group(s) of young children, as a coach or in an educational setting is advantageous.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google’s online document and spreadsheets. They must record their interactions in a CRM or Customer Relationships Management system and record critical data in company spreadsheets and systems. Must be comfortable with either a Mac or PC. Must be comfortable learning new systems.We are a growing company and as we grow, we change.
Language Ability:
Ability to write and track reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Speaking Spanish is a plus!

Driving Demands:
The Program Manager will travel primarily by car when they are in the field. The Program Manager will be required to use their own car. Soccer Shots reimburses for any mileage the Program Manager drives during work for Soccer Shots.

When we play:
We run classes 7 days a week with LOTS OF WEEKEND CLASSES. We have many class options to fit our families needs. This role will have a rotating weekend schedule.
Where we play:
We serve families all through the Portland area. Our range extends from Vancouver, WA to Wilsonville, Hillsboro to Gresham and includes the following counties:
- Clark County
- Washington County
- Clackamas County
- Multnomah County
