Creative Project Manager

Overview

Socialfly is a full-service social media agency specializing in influencer marketing, paid media and creative services. We work one-on-one with clients to develop and execute dynamic social media and influencer marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and drive measurable results. Our creative studio offers production services including photography, video production and live content creation. We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

Our Project Manager is an integral part of operations across Client Services, Creative and Paid Media. Those successful in this role are extremely organized, strong communicators, proactive problem solvers with a positive attitude, and have a high attention to detail. Being adaptive and able to keep projects on time and within scope through strong internal communication is critical. This role will work in project management software daily, update project plans, attend planning meetings, manage resourcing, and assist with scoping of new projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Manage all projects and timelines within the agency from start to finish
• Assist in pricing out contracts and change orders
• Assist in writing SOWs and change orders
• Lead resourcing conversations and determine staffing plan when a new contract is signed including regularly managing resourcing and identifying shortages proactively
• Manage production timelines for creative team
• Work with finance and MD to create client profitability reports
• Communicate across internal teams to ensure all timelines will be met
• Communicate across internal teams via project management software to ensure project timelines are met
• Understand the scope and flag when projects are outside scope to teams or in danger of being out of scope proactively
• Assist with new project scoping with New Business and Management Team
• Assist with meeting notes & recaps along with the client services team

You should have

• 3-5 years of digital agency project management experience
• Project Management Software Expertise (basecamp, asana, workfront, etc)
• Time Management Software Experience (Clicktime)
• Scoping and Pricing experience
• Ability to create and edit project plans
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and growth oriented environments
• Ability to project manage deliverables
