Job Description:
SmileMD is an office-based anesthesia group specifically caring for the pediatric Medicaid population for operative dentistry. Most of these kids would otherwise wait 6-12 months to receive care in a hospital. Our mission is to care for those who need us most. We operate in 4 states and do over 10,000 cases annually. All of our care is provided in a dentist's office.

  • Full time W2 ($400k annually)

  • 1099 ($275/hr)


  • Our schedule is flexible

  • Some work 1-2 days per month. Some work 15 per month. Many work with us as a supplement to their hospital jobs.


  • Predictable work hours (no nights/weekends)

  • ASA 1 and 2 patients

  • Solo cases (3-person team model with a paramedic and RN assisting the day)


    • We operate in Ohio (all regions), Kentucky (all regions), Tennesee (mostly Nashville but expanding), and Illinois (Chicago but expanding)
