Job Posting for Paid Media Specialist at Society Of Corporate Compliance &
The Media Specialist is responsible for planning, execution, and quality control for day-to-day organic social media activity, paid social, and paid search (PPC) as well as vendor and account management for the SCCE & HCCA’s various social media channels.
This position is also responsible for creating high visibility, engagement and brand recognition to support sales and growth for key initiatives including but not limited to certification, membership, product and publication sales, conference attendance and COSMOS awareness/traffic.
Responsibilities
Grow brand awareness, sales, and engagement by managing the day-to-day organic social media activities: including the development of a content calendar, managing copy, ensuring accuracy of campaign links, and posting content to our social networks.
Develop and execute effective paid media strategies and timelines in collaboration with the communications and marketing team to simultaneously support association and individual campaign goals, ensuring consistency in campaign communication and utilization of best practices for paid search and each social media network.
Responsible for managing budget spend and monitoring ongoing campaigns to optimize ad performance and audience targeting.
Create and analyze reports for each platform to drive continuous optimization of program performance, identify new opportunities and ensure programs meet ROI objectives.
Responsible for managing paid search and social media vendor relationships and monthly billing.
Monitor social media customer comments, responding to questions on behalf of the company in a timely, positive, and professional manner as well as sharing tagged content.
Expand knowledge of social media and paid media trends and strategies through self-study, collaboration with vendors and participating in educational opportunities to support successful execution of marketing initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of solid experience in organic and paid social media
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, blogs, and social community sites.
Experience with paid search/Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising; paid social media, Google and Bing.
Experience with Google Analytics
Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
Strong attention to detail with exceptional grammar, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills and innovative mindset
Ability to collaborate with internal partners and work independently to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Very strong customer service orientation.
Ability to travel a few times per year.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of social media marketing experience. A legal or regulatory compliance background preferred.
