Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Proficient in information security principles and best practices
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with firewall configuration and management
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
