Socio’s Project Manager (PM) is a very crucial member of our Professional Services team and works day to day with clients and other Business Units at Socio to gather requirements, oversee and manage the scope of the event, create timelines, help configure and build, maintain, and support client’s events.

You’ll get to:

  • Lead customer training and help customers understand industry best practices and Socio’s product implementation process
  • Facilitates discussions with clients and Solutions Analysts to fully understand the scope of the work and manage the implementation.
  • Take proactive rather than reactive measures and communicate issues and risks both internally and to the clients
  • Document project activities and maintain project status (timelines, deliverables, budget) reports
  • Identify work outside of SOW and help CSMs with change orders
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Assist customers’ in solving event technology gaps

You bring:

  • A customer obsessed can do attitude
  • A process driven mindset and an understanding of Project Management/Implementation methodologies
  • Superior internal and external stakeholder communication skills
  • 2-3 years’ SaaS Project Management experience
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to work some odd hours and weekends
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% both domestic and international for customer events

Bonus:

  • Experience in the Meetings and Events Industry is a HUGE PLUS!
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Integration concepts IS A PLUS!
