The administrative assistant will support two General Managers over Food Services and Environmental Services in a fast paced environment.

Are you the experienced Administrative Assistant we’re seeking?


This position will be responsible for:

  • Entering financial data including daily sales, catering numbers and other data as requested by department
  • Answering phones and routing calls to appropriate departments
  • Updating and organizing of employee files
  • Maintaining and creating spreadsheets to include graphs, charts and formulas
  • Administrative support as needed from the team


The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;
  • Detailed oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities; and
  • Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Position Summary:
Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties. Frequently communicates with senior-level internal and external contacts and is regularly exposed to confidential data. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams.

This position resides in-unit or above-unit.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
