Sodexo is looking for a District Manager to manage our convenience solutions/InReach operations in the central region of the U.S.
This role is based in the Chicago, IL area.
We are looking for a strong, dynamic and passionate leader with experience in the convenience market (office refreshment services, vending, micro-markets/cafes, pantry and snack boxes) who can effectively manage the operations in line with financial and operational goals, exceed client retention goals, and grow the business.
The successful candidate will:
- Successfully coordinate and direct all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development.
- Work with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.
- Develop a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Managers.
