Sodexo Senior Living has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Manager of Strategic Initiatives who will be involved in all things relating to marketing and merchandising standards, practices, including presenting food, beverage and special programs to support client expectations and drive resident satisfaction for the Asbury Communities with 6 locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
We are seeking candidates who will actively engage our residents to strategically take our programs to the next level. Will develop resident experience strategies that are easily executable and consistent.
The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing resident satisifcation through marketing, resident contact and engagement, coordinating special events and developing newsletters. This manager will take on a wide variety of responsibilities including analyzing complex data sets, facilitating and participating in problem solving sessions, collaborating with a wide range of functional teams, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
