Sodexo Senior Living has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Manager of Strategic Initiatives who will be involved in all things relating to marketing and merchandising standards, practices, including presenting food, beverage and special programs to support client expectations and drive resident satisfaction for the Asbury Communities with 6 locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland.  

We are seeking candidates who will actively engage our residents to strategically take our programs to the next level.  Will develop resident experience strategies that are easily executable and consistent.  

The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing resident satisifcation through marketing, resident contact and engagement, coordinating special events and developing newsletters.  This manager will take on a wide variety of responsibilities including analyzing complex data sets, facilitating and participating in problem solving sessions, collaborating with a wide range of functional teams, and presenting to senior stakeholders.  

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:

• Food Merchandising
• Graphic design
• Web site design
• Engaging with our Clients and Customers
• Implement and create strategic plans and process improvement initiatives
• Creative with social media and newsletters.

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Position Summary

The Transformation Management Office (TMO) orchestrates a complex transformation roadmap involving many discrete initiatives across M&A, organic growth, operational efficiencies, talent programs, digital enablement, and business model design. The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will take on a wide variety of responsibilities including analyzing complex data sets, facilitating and participating in problem solving sessions, collaborating with a wide range of functional teams, and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceBasic Functional Experience - 2years
