What are the responsibilities and job description for the PATIENT NAVIGATOR position at SOFHA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES INC?

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet/Welcome patients to the clinic.
- Provide directions and escort patients as needed.
- Retrieve wheelchairs for patients when needed.
- Escort/Transport patients within the building.
- Drive employees, patients, and visitors to and from their parking spots.
- Check public restrooms in assigned area on an hourly basis.
- Mop floors to ensure they are kept clean and safe.
- Report any unusual activities to the practice manager.
- Deliver/Pick up mail throughout the building.
- Perform other clerical or maintenance functions as required by supervision or physician.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
