What you will be doing:
- Grow and service group business & room blocks of 8-25 rooms
- Confirm and review function details with clients prior to arrival – including rooming needs, menu selections, program scheduling and any other details to ensure flawless execution of their meeting or event.
- Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence through each customer experience – collaborating with operational departments to ensure your clients experience exceeds expectations
- Meet clients prior to departure to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and solicit any future business

Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant sales experience is an asset
