Looking to create a magnifique and memorable experience for someone? As a Guest Service Expert at Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, you will have that opportunity!

What you will be doing:
• Creating a wonderful and memorable experience for our guests.
• Welcoming and assisting guests who are arriving at the hotel durring the check in process.
• Assisting our guests with any and all requests while on property.
• Facilitating a smooth and friendly departure during the check out process.
Your experience and skills include:
• Front Desk, Hospitality or Customer Service Experience
• Experience with a hotel operating system, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of the Luxury Environment
