The Oportunity

You'll be involved in project's management, so your mission will be to guide customers through the use of our solution, removing the barriers for them to take full advantage of it. Therefore, your main focus will be on delivering value, motivating the customer and engaging them in the execution of all the steps of the project.

Activities

  • Ensure financial sustainability of the projects;
  • Ensure that the projects follows quality criteria;
  • Ensure that project's objectives get reached by monitoring it's progress;
  • Manage unforeseen events, proposing suggestions and alternatives;
  • Facilitate and coordinate contact between customers and the project team;
  • Articulate support with other areas;
  • Participate in project follow-up and review meetings.

Requirements

  • Passion and commitment to customer's success;
  • Experience in managing implementation projects in management systems;
  • Higher education with an emphasis on Technology;
  • Being prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Be self motivated and able to work independently;
  • Persistence and sense of urgency for unforeseen situations in the project's stages;

Differentials

  • CBPP or PMP certification;
  • Being used to SE Project and other SoftExpert's products.
