What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMHP TRAINEE position at SOFT LIFE THERAPEUCTICS?
URGENT VACANCIES AVAILABLE! We're in search of both Full-Time and Part-Time Mobile Crisis Certified QMHP trainee professionals to engage directly with adults within their home or community environments. Your role will involve guiding them towards achieving the goals outlined in their Individualized Service Plans. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Special Education, or a related field in Human Services, coupled with a minimum of one year of professional experience working with either children or adults.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver mental health treatment to individuals under care, which may include services such as Mobile crisis response and Community stabilization Services (specific preferences discussed during the interview). Utilize techniques such as behavior management, modeling, care coordination, crisis intervention, psycho-education, and skills training.
- Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and mandatory trainings.
- Engage in care coordination activities to expand professional connections.
- Develop individualized service plans (ISPs) tailored to each client and execute the established goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements established by governing bodies and uphold the standards of care as per Soft Life Therapeutics policies and procedures.
Certifications/Requirements:
- Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs): Must hold registration with the Board of Health Professions as either a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Adults. Alternatively, candidates not registered must possess a Bachelor's degree in a human service field along with one year of full-time experience.
- QMHP trainee certification
- Must Have a Completed Mobile Crisis training Certificate
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
