Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent (Bilingual in Chinese OR Spanish). Insurance Agent needed in multiple office locations including Hacienda Heights, Diamond Bar, Irvine, San Gabriel, Cerritos

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized insurance solutions.
• Educate clients about various insurance products, including life, health, property, casualty, auto, commercial, etc. to help them make informed decisions.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to protect their assets and mitigate risks.
• Process insurance policy applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product updates to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Plus: Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese OR Spanish
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Plus: Current and Active Insurance licenses (Open to all licenses)
• Willingness to obtain insurance agent licenses in relevant lines of insurance.
