Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter that will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to create detailed job descriptions and specifications for technical positions within the company
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Manage the offer process, including extending job offers and negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting, and continuously look for ways to improve our recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT or technology industry
- Solid understanding of technical roles and requirements, including network engineering, cybersecurity, and IT support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Employment Terms: Full-time, Exempt, Salary. In-Office. Eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability) and 401(k) after introductory period. Typical business hours are 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding company-observed holidays.
