Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a ServiceNow Developer - Remote for a contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients in Harrisburg , PA . This role will be remote.

Responsibilities :
- Design, development and implement new functionality of the HRSD module including: Case and Knowledge management, Employee Center Portal, Virtual Agent and HR Agent Workspace.
- Assist in providing technical assistance for software configuration/customization, workflow administration, custom coding and scripting, and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot, support, and enhance ServiceNow data feeds, including Workday Data Feed.
- Troubleshoot and support Dynamic Translation for knowledge articles, chat, and case details.
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence for ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
- Adhere to company ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow platform team and other teams to design solutions where there is "Global Scope impact.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the various ServiceNow.
- Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD module in global enterprise environment.
- Experiencing configuring core ServiceNow modules including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Familiar with writing JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL and PowerShell.
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
- The ability to take complex end-user requirements to system requirements to code.
- Experience in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices to include requirement gathering, design, development, testing (application code and user acceptance), and deployment.
- Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and dynamic project needs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems, experience with Jira is a plus.
