Job Description:
This individual will support the implementation of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and migrate existing asset inventories into it. They will work with the ServiceNow administrators & developers to bring additional functionality and reporting to the ServiceNow platform. Attention to detail, empathy & and an ability to collaborate with highly technical teams will be required for their success.
Must Have:
-Develop and document systems administration SOP's
-Develop implementation architectures from requirements documents or high-level specifications
-Equipment lifecycle management (computers, servers and mobility)
-Implementation and Operational Support
-Support for asset management and compliance tracking using dedicated tools, databases
-Translates Business Requirements into Technical Specifications
-ServiceNow Administration
-ServiceNow ITOM Development
-ServiceNow IT Operations Management
-ServiceNow IT Service Management
-ServiceNow Multi-Source Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Administration
-Systems Architecture

Clearance:
