Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work as part of UC Team to maintain enterprise Cisco voice, video, presence systems
Understand the codecs, protocols of Cisco technologies and implement gateways
Help with basic Network troubleshooting
Create, Maintain and update documentation of voice/video systems
Support IP communication networks in operations
Mentor and develop junior personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Secret Security Clearance
DOD 8570 Compliant Security
Cisco CCNP Collaboration or related experience (CCIE Desired)
10 years of in-depth experience supporting Cisco UC and Collaboration Product Suite
Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection Server, Cisco Video Communication Server (VCS), Cisco Telepresence MCU Chassis, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) CUCM IM and Presence Services, Cisco Unified Attendant, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Prime, Cisco Telepresence Management (TMS)
Experience with Session Border Controllers, Ribbon SBC a plus
Strong knowledge of networking principles
Excellent testing and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Proven experience and solid understanding of SIP and PRI circuits
Exceptional documentation skills to clearly articulate technical designs, issues and constraints, procedures and network assessments.
