Position Summary
Responsible for executing the Data Trace Program to ensure data inputs from major source systems to CCAR Schedules and risk models (Basel II PD, LGD and EAD models) are processed, transformed and reported accurately as per the Regulatory CCAR Guidelines and the company’s data dictionary. Will collaborate with business, CCAR reporting, technology, risk personnel and a model development team to determine and analyze the information needs for the Data Trace Program.
Responsibilities
•Responsible for gathering and documenting systems data flow and process for both technology and business.
•Liaise with the business, technology, risk, CCAR reporting and modeling teams on an ongoing basis.
•Evaluate data gathered from multiple servicing and other source systems to ensure accuracy of CCAR schedules and risk models.
•Conduct user acceptance testing as it relates to the technology solutions.
•Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
•Will form part of a project team and will be expected to interact with the team on a daily basis.
•Will report to the BOW Data Governance Leader.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
•6 years of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry.
•8 years of business analysis experience Field of Experience
•Prior experience working with large implementation projects would be beneficial for the candidate.
•Must have solid organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines with quality results
•Have the ability to lead a team of project analysts.
•The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and methodology documentation.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is highly desired.
•The candidate must be able to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problems quickly.
•The candidate needs to have a desire and ability to work closely with the data and technology specialists on project assignments.
•The business analyst should have past experience to draw from when processing data and information
•The candidate will have experience in database software e.g. Access/ ACL etc.
