Operations Specialist-3 Days a Week (Part Time-Onsite)

The Operations Specialist role is a part-time (3 days a week) position and is responsible for assisting and supporting the pre and post-tour operations at our Shelburne location. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple team members and vendors and understand operations and team deliverables. This role is eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $750. The bonus will be paid out after completing a successful 180-day with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre Trip

• Manage Inventory of Picnic Kits
• Communicate with Vendors to confirm arrangements
• Handle Inventory Management for trip and picnic kit supplies
• Manage Jersey inventory and handle mailings
• Ensure proper management of trailer supplies
• Assemble leader packages
• Manage guest tour packages

During a Trip:

• Coordinate with leaders regarding requirement changes
• Reconfirm vendors
• Address any anomalies that arise during the trip
• Provide support in case of guest emergencies

Post Trip:

• Compile and replenish trip supplies for the trailer
• Replenish guest packages

Overall:

• Assist with hotel and vendor date confirmation during the contracting process
• Answer overflow sales calls and assist with bookings and Pax conversion

• Track record of project ownership from inception to completion
