Your days on the estate include, but are not limited to:
- Portraying the winery’s image in the presentation of an exceptional customer experience.
- Setting the tone for an excellent customer experience and hospitality within the Tasting Room.
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and proactively.
- Promptly answering phones in a professional manner.
- Keeping the reservation system straight and orchestrating the daily flow of the tasting room.
- Maintaining a clean environment and helping with the ongoing cleanup of the tasting room.
Looking for a key player who has:
- 1 years of hospitality experience (wine, retail, restaurant, etc.)
- Passion for wine and the wine/food lifestyle.
- Ability to work well with all types of customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized.
- Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, and move for long periods of time.
- Possesses or is able to obtain an OLCC server’s permit and food handler’s card.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings throughout the year.

Sokol Blosser Winery is in Dayton, OR. We are a certified B Corp company, and our estate vineyard is certified organic. We strive to make elegant wines with a sense of place and personality. We have fun, work hard, and are looking for another awesome team member!
This position will start at $15.50 and receive tips and commissions in addition to a base.
