We are seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is able to effectively manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, understand accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.

We are seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is able to effectively manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, understand accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Processes invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.
- Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges, and refunds, and preparing and mailing invoices.
- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Newly degreed in Accounting (Bachelors) or 8 years of Accounting / Bookkeeping.
- Comfortable with QuickBooks in order to be able to hit the ground running.
- Experience with Bill.com (preferred).
