What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- Parker position at Sol Mental Health?
We are looking for psychiatric nurse practitioners that are interested in participating in an integrative care model treating commercially insured patients. This role is outpatient with no call or weekends. Come practice along side our team of therapists and get world class support from our dedicated administrative team. At SOL Mental Health, your primary focus will be on taking care of patients and providing the best mental healthcare available in Colorado.
About the Role:
- 1 hour intakes, 1/2 hour follow ups
- Flexible schedules
- Hybrid schedules
- Individual and group supervision
- Journal club
- In house therapy
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Colorado licensed Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP preferred
- Active DEA license
- Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
- Skill in working with diverse patient population
- Skill in working independently and implementing time management strategies
- Ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other Clinical Team Members
- Awareness of personal strengths and appropriate timing for referrals
- Strong work ethic, passionate and enthusiastic personality with a high degree of integrity, humility, and a positive attitude
- Professionalism in all communications internally and externally
- Working knowledge of evidence-based clinical treatment methods
- Demonstrated commitment and compassion for patients
Compensation:
Salary Range: $100,000-170,000 (DOE)
