Job Overview:
Looking for a culinary partner to open and run a boutique hotel w/ a farm to table culinary concept in Spain. You will need to have capital to invest and a burning desire to exceed everyone's expectations. Specifically looking for people that are willing to take a chance and risk it all to do something extraordinary. This will not be a role for the faint hearted. Looking for sweat equity to build the next Blue Hill in an idyllic setting. Your partner in this venture is an established hospitality professional with FOH & Beverage knowledge from the best of the best. Looking to run this venture as a start-up / family business. Couples are also encouraged to apply. Housing can be provided onsite. Initial funding for 50/50 would be $200 to 250K.
Responsibilities:
Do your work and be the best at it. Strive to exceed expectations and potentially get a star or two.
Potential for future micro brewery as well. Must be comfortable with banquets and events planning & execution.
Investment capital will be used to complete build out of commercial kitchen, renovations and any additional FE&F required .
