Server/Bartender

SOL Southwest Kitchen and Tequila Bar is an upbeat concept featuring Southwestern flavors, fresh juiced margaritas and over 60 premium tequilas.

SOL blends bold flavors of the Southwest with our own Southern culinary influences. We like to keep things fresh. With a focus on dishes that let seasonal ingredients and select spices shine. From sauces to salsas to handcrafted cocktails—start from scratch and are made to order. All tequilas are 100% agave, citrus fruits are juiced daily, and avocados aren't cut until you order guacamole.

Responsibilities-

-front of house employees are required to:

• maintain a professional appearance that exemplifies excellence while exceeding guests expectations and creating a memorable dining experience.

• complete all side work and daily cleaning tasks.

• have a desire to learn with a positive outlook and attitude towards guests, fellow employees and management at all times.

• have excellent communication skills.

Servers/Bartenders

• maintain a constant knowledge of menu and special items.

• suggestively sell food and bar products.

• operate and maintain a clean work environment.

• have basic math skills.

• flexibility in schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends holidays.

• meet any minimum age requirements provided by the state of South Carolina.
