Sol-Up has been in business for more than 14-years and is looking for an entry-level Sales CRM Administrator to join our team as we continue growing in numerous markets. With paid training, full-benefits and unmatched industry experience and resources, this role will be responsible for helping to manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis and support implementation. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, able to pay close attention to details and have analytical thinking skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
System Management:
- Administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
- Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security.
- Assist with designing solar proposal tool by learning ins and outs of proposal software, make corrections and adjustments as needed.
Data Management:
- Oversee data migration, integration, and cleansing activities to maintain data quality.
- Regularly audit and clean data to eliminate duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
- Suggest, implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity.
- Regularly report on pipeline health and progress toward Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
User Training & Support:
- Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks.
- Assists with the coordination of training and development for the sales organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
Essential Duties:
- Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job (Excel, PowerPoint, Podium, MailChimp, Sunbase, OpenSolar, and Pisa).
- Assist with managing and organizing marketing campaigns using above apps.
- Demonstrate a pleasant and professional disposition with each prospect, client, and employee.
- Represent Sol-Up and our brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
- Typically requires an Associate’s degree, preferably in computer science, business, marketing, or related work experience.
- Prefer 1 - 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in a CRM management function, or willing to learn.
- Proficient in the use of MacOS.
- Prefer experience with Podium, MailChimp, Sunbase, OpenSolar, and Pisa applications, or willing to learn.
- Formatting experience (DocuSign, contracts) preferred, or willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to communicate with team members and customers.
- Proficient in using software and technology tools for daily functions.
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly.
- Must have reliable attendance and transportation to the office.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
