We are seeking a
driven and passionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) who loves working with medically complex patients, help educate nurses on skilled cases and equipment utilization. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and superb customer service skills, this is the job for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides respiratory therapy services by educating nurses, and educating the home care community being serviced.
- Prepares nursing personnel by providing training classes, mentoring, and clinical evaluations in the home.
- Observes the participant’s performance, and coordinates nursing orientation to respiratory care.
- Documents client care services by charting inpatient and clinical records.
- Participates in the discharge process by attending discharge planning meetings, home preparation, attendance at discharge, and follow-up visits when available
- On-call for nursing and client support

Requirements:
- Must hold a RRT associates (minimum) degree in the field of respiratory therapy from an accredited program, bachelor's preferred
- Valid Florida respiratory therapy license is required (required upon start date)
- 2 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Salary $85,000 - $100,000 annually,
Compensation dependent on experience.
