Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing equipment and manually wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
- Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year experience as a Dishwasher or in a related role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
