Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and a passion for providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives
- Monitor call center performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
- Analyze call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
- Train new call center representatives on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Maintain accurate records of call center activities and performance metrics

Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Sales experience is a plus
- Project management skills are desirable
- Fluent in English; multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are highly valued

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
