Job Posting for Solar Installer at Solar Power & Light, LLC
As a Solar Installer, you will perform the installation process of solar panels roof and ground mounts including installing mounting rails and solar panels, connecting solar wires together, running conduit to a roof mounting junction box to ensure a high quality install with a focus on satisfaction.
High School diploma or GED preferred, associate degree or trade school experience in construction a plus
7-10 years prior experience in construction involving solar, carpentry, roofing, or related trades (Required)
Experience in the use of power tools, and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc. (Required)
Direct experience in electrical work (Preferred)
Properly maintain and organize tools, supplies, and other company property.
Clean driving record with the ability to regularly operate a fleet vehicle (Required)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
