Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve setting appointments for reviews with our existing customers to assess the effectiveness of their current solar systems.
Opportunities are available for part-time and full-time work with a minimum of 4 hours per week required for part-time pay eligibility.

Responsibilities:
- Execute service checks on solar systems in the greater San Bernadino area
- Provide quality customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills
- Fast learner and active listener
- Proficient in data entry
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
