A fast-growing company is looking to hire the best of the best! Humble Bulldog SOLAR CLOSERS with a history of closing residential and commercial solar agreements at lucrative levels! (build out your team and get compensated for those that you bring on with you for every deal they close as well!!)
Perhaps prior to NEM3 you were closing left and right, but since then it has slowed down for you.
If this is you then we are a perfect fit!
WHEN WE GET PAID, YOU GET PAID!!! (what a concept!!!)
Requirements:
- Open and willing to occasional travel. (50 Mile radius)
- Having closed at least 25 provable SOLAR agreements/installs.
- Full understanding of the inner workings of the industry, both inside and out. We will train you exclusively on our systems, procedures and how we treat others - your prior experience is EXPECTED to provide comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
- Works well with others and embraces a TEAM mentality.
- Humble without arrogance or pride; confidence is welcome, while puffed-up pride and arrogance are not accepted.
- Demonstrates genuine critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- TEACHABLE, COACHABLE and open to new ideas and approaches!
- California Reps must get a full understanding of closing in NEM3 (Solar Billing Tariff) we will teach you if you need assistance.
When you prove yourself as a closer (show us you can close your own deals), you will receive high level set appointments/leads straight to your calendar. Starting out for every close contract bring to the table we will give you two of our prequalified set appointments in return. The more we trust you and the more you close the more qualified set appointment you will get!
