Your purpose - As a Greeter, you play a pivotal role in setting the tone for our members' experience. Your mission is to ensure that every member feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated from the moment they arrive. Through friendly and genuine interactions, you will create a positive first impression, making our members feel comfortable and eager to engage with our staff and deepen their relationship. Your commitment to exceptional member service will not only contribute to a pleasant atmosphere but also enhance our brand reputation. A Day in the life of a Greeter...

Each day will be a different adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could look like:

• You show up 5 minutes before your shift to click on the coffee machine and get settled in.
• Enthusiastically greet members - Stand, smile, and greet in a warm genuine manner.
• Proactively create opportunities to conduct an efficient interview - Ask open-ended questions to better understand the members' reason for the visit.
• Ensure all member needs are met- Promptly enter the member into the appropriate queue for assistance. Monitor lobby movement and regularly check in with members who have waited an extended period of time. As members exit, warmly thank them for coming in.
• Next, you connect with your manager to discuss your weekly and monthly goals and progress to focus on your career development and progression.
