Summary:
Responsible for growing Solatube's dealer network by sourcing, identifying and qualifying distributor prospects. Ensures replenishments of distributors in markets. Assumes some responsibility for the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Source, identifies, qualifies and recruits prospects into the Dealer Network.
- Recommends, develops and implements strategies to generate new dealer leads.
- Collaborates with Recruitment and Marketing teams throughout sales process for selecting new prospects.
- Presents opportunity to qualified candidates via onsite interviews, webinars, conference calls and one-on-one presentations.
- Manages and track leads through the sales process with Salesforce.com.
- Maintain productive relationships with new dealer accounts that sign an agreement.
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential markets and demographic profiles.
- Participates in the determination of market potential and sales expense estimates.
- Communicates sales information and market conditions to Vice President.
- Communicates effectively with peers, subordinates, and external contacts.
- Completes accurately and in a timely manner all reports as required by the company.
- Attends meetings and classes as required.
- Performs all duties safely.
- Performs all related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's-level education preferred
- Minimum (2) years' experience in sales/marketing, with emphasis in business development, organizational development or franchise recruitment
- Strong communication, organizational and mathematical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.com
- Sales-minded
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the year
