What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Photographer position at Sold in a Snap?
Must be able to drive the Temple / Belton area (Bell and surrounding counties). We are a full-service Real Estate marketing media company that services Central Texas. Duties:
- Be a photographer for Bell County and occasionally the surrounding counties
- Photograph properties in accordance with our training and style
- Light rearranging and moving things in properties
- Interacting with Realtors and homeowners and providing "above and beyond" customer service
- Take and retouch headshot photos
- Cull photos
- Upload RAW photos to the main office with notes in a timely manner
- Build relationships with local real estate brokerages and home builders through excellent customer service and visiting offices
You Can Expect:
- A flexible part-time schedule with varying hours per week (W-2 Employee)
- To travel throughout Bell County and surrounding counties
- To work with incredible clients in the real estate, construction, and interior design industries
REQUIRED:
Availability:
- MUST currently live in Bell County Area. Out of state applicants and temporary residents will NOT be considered.
- Must have a minimum of 4 hours available between 9-5 each day Mon-Fri, plus occasional evening and Saturday availability
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- This is a permanent position; we are looking for someone who can commit to being a part of our team for at least 2 years
Photography Experience:
- 2 years of photography experience (does not need to be any particular genre)
- Ability to shoot in manual and AEB modes in constantly changing lighting situations
- Solid understanding of composition with an eye for best angles
- Solid understanding of the exposure triangle
Equipment:
- Apple Pro phone, 12 or newer, is required
- Fast internet speeds for uploading RAW photos to office
- Personal computer

- Comfortable troubleshooting and working independently
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Able to follow directions, take constructive criticism, and apply it immediately
- Detail-oriented
- Punctual
- Professional personal appearance (uniform shirt provided)
- Uphold public relations standards both in-person and online
- English-speaking
Legal:
- Permanent US Resident authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
PREFERRED:
- Video experience
- FAA Part 107 License
Compensation:
Photographers are paid $40 per job (photo shoot plus add-on services). This is a part-time position without a guaranteed number of jobs per week -- the real estate market fluctuates throughout the year and dictates how full our schedule is.
