Therole

TheInnovation team is designed to test validate and implement theinitiatives that will set up the fintech for its next horizon ofgrowth.

Thisrole supports Soldo in identifying incubating and accelerating newgrowth opportunities that sit outside of the organisation sexisting core offering.

The work done by this team will support thedecisions to implement an opportunity or noBy working closely withSoldo s senior management you will identify prioritise and set upthe MVPs for new initiatives.

Once success criteria are met youwill scale them and embed them in daytoday processes with thesupport of existing teams.

This position will prepare you to becomea skilled operator with experience in identifying avenues forgrowth and rapidly standing them up in a fastpaced environmentspanning domains that include gotomarket product and financialservices.

Ensuring a regulatory culture is established and nurturedwithin the team is a key element of thisrole.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratewith Soldo s senior management and conduct independent research andanalysis to source possible opportunities forgrowth
• Sizethe addressable market potential of the opportunities and deliver acomprehensive feasibility assessment through the lenses ofgotomarket product technology operations andcompliance
• Prioritiseidentified opportunities based on expected impact andtimetomarket
• Mapout in detail each opportunity s proposition and specifyrequirements for an MVP as well as for the futurestatesolution
• Collaboratewith existing teams to rapidly incubate the MVPs capture learningsand refine the proposition andrequirements
• Monitorthe progress of MVP and set success metrics to determine whether toscale further or winddown
• Workwith the Business Operations team and other divisions to implementsuccessful initiatives and scalethem.

Werelooking for someone who musthave

• 23years of handson work as an Analyst Associate or Consultant inmanagement consulting ideally (MBB preferred) working on a widerange of projects across industries anddomains
• Experiencein performing market sizing analyses conducting expert calls andmapping out propositions for new products use cases and / or lines ofbusiness
• Selfstarterwith a desire to take endtoend ownership of an idea from sizing toincubation torollout
• Strongpeople skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at everylevel of theorganisation
• Abilityto bring structure to new problems while maintaining theflexibility to refine and adapt the direction overtime
• Abilityto define a plan and adhere to the specified timeframes managingexpectationsthroughout
• Abilityto communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and inwriting.
